Application Performance Management (APM)

The APM team manages and monitors the performance and availability of all software applications. An APM analyst detects, diagnoses and mitigates any risk of service disruption of the applications. In doing so, the APM team optimises the quality of the services that our customers and partners rely on.


The team reads and interprets reports, dashboards, metrics and diagrams to detect where transactions might have been delayed. They collect information about the experience of users through real time monitoring and analysis of performance metrics. Lastly, the team focuses on troubleshooting issues and any unexpected situations that the applications might encounter.
